President

Louis defines Veilos’ strategy, sets the main directions and carries contractual commitment for each client. He ensures delivery runs smoothly and that the collective of passionate experts meets Veilos’ quality bar.

Coming from a legal background, his experience gives him a precise mastery of the contractual framework, ensuring fully secure relationships for all stakeholders, both clients and freelancers.

Tom Rottenfus

Chief Executive Officer

Tom designs and leads Veilos’ technical architecture, processes and financial steering, from upstream to delivery. He put in place internal tools augmented by pervasive AI, to structure how the collective works and provide a smooth experience for both clients and consultants.

With a background spanning both IT and commercial worlds, he ensures technology serves people, working closely with Louis to connect strategy and client impact.
